This page explains the narrow data boundary of the Kasvus marketing website.
Pilot setup information
The self-serve pilot setup may process business contact details, business and program information, advertising budget, pricing evidence and booking preferences. The form is not intended for child data, parent-prospect data, payment-card details, passwords or ad-account credentials.
Optional website analytics
Optional first-party analytics are off unless you choose to allow them. If you opt in, Kasvus may store PII-free events such as canonical page path, stable content ID and version, controlled interaction labels, funnel stage, event time and an opaque application ID when a pilot submission is accepted. This analytics stream does not store your name, email, phone number, pricing values, uploaded filenames, raw search query or raw referrer URL. Your analytics preference is saved in your browser so the site can respect it, and you can reopen Privacy choices from the footer.
Product data boundary
Submitting the pilot setup sends the validated business intake to the configured Kasvus intake-processing destination. The public website does not calculate pricing tiers, create qualification outcomes or activate an acquisition workflow.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable legal basis and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority.
