FAQ
Questions SMB owners ask before trying Kasvus
Straight answers about setup effort, automation, qualified bookings, pricing and the controlled pilot.
What does Kasvus do?
Kasvus is designed to run the ongoing customer-acquisition loop for you: generate demand, capture enquiries, respond, follow up, qualify relevant families and move them toward a booked school visit. Pilot capabilities are enabled progressively as each live integration clears its release gate.
Will my team need to chase leads?
The goal is the opposite. Once your setup is complete, Kasvus is designed to handle the ongoing response and follow-up workflow. Your team should step in for the human moments that matter, such as the school visit and admission decision.
Do I need to learn another CRM?
No daily CRM operation is required for the public pilot proposition. Kasvus is being built to run the acquisition workflow rather than give your team another lead list to manage.
What does Kasvus need from us to get started?
Your available capacity, acquisition budget, target area, admission information and qualification criteria. During product onboarding, business pricing information can also be collected as normal setup data so the applicable fixed success fee can be agreed before activation.
What does Kasvus handle after setup?
Kasvus is designed to generate demand, capture enquiries, respond, follow up, qualify relevant families, guide them toward a visit and measure booking outcomes. Enabled pilot steps depend on the live integrations approved for that location.
What counts as a qualified booking?
For the school pilot, it means a relevant family that meets the agreed criteria and books a specific school visit. Kasvus does not charge based on final enrollment because the school controls what happens after the visit is booked.
Who pays the advertising budget?
The preschool or school pays its media spend directly and separately. Kasvus does not hide advertising spend inside the platform fee.
How is the fixed success fee decided?
Kasvus agrees one fixed amount with you before activation based on your business and normal customer pricing. The website does not expose an internal pricing formula, and the customer does not choose a fee on every booking.
Is the success fee agreed before launch?
Yes. The applicable fixed success fee is shown and agreed before the pilot is activated, so you know the commercial model upfront.
What happens if the family does not ultimately enroll?
The Kasvus success event stops at the qualified booked visit, because Kasvus does not control the school's visit experience or final admission decision. Final pilot terms will define any invalid, duplicate or non-billable booking cases.
Is Kasvus only for schools?
Schools are the first market. The Kasvus product and website are structured for other SMBs later, where the qualified booking might be a gym trial, service appointment, consultation or another relevant next step.
